Avacado fruit, seeds and bark do contain Persin. This ingredient can make your pet vomit and/or have diarrhea. Large amounts of this can be fatal.
Milk can cause digestive problems for most pets. The reason for this is because most pets do not have a large amount of lactase–this is the enzyme that breaks down lactose in milk. Due to this, milk can give pets diarrhea.
Onions and Garlic
These ingredients create gastrointestinal irritation. Cats are more likely to react to these foods. However, do not give these ingredients to your pets in large amounts.
This is a sweetner. It is common and can be found easily. It can be found in gum, foods and even toothpaste! This sweetner can be very toxic and fatal to your pet. It has the power to reduce sugar levels and leave your pet extremely lethargic and lack of coordination. Seizures can follow.
Raw Meat & Eggs
Raw food can contain harmful bacteria which can be very unhealthy for your pet. These harmful bacteria can cause many different health issues.
Grapes & Raisins
These foods are quite toxic to any pet. Do not feed them to your dog or cat at all. They can create kidney failure.
Most of these foods are very common around the house. Be careful where you place them as they are sure to be snatched up by your pet!
